Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join us as Head - Engineering, with 2-3 years of experience and a strong foundation in business administration (BBA/BBM). This role is crucial in overseeing and optimizing our engineering operations, aligning them with business objectives, and driving innovation within our fast-paced BFSI startup environment in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to deliver seamless engineering solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support the development and implementation of engineering best practices and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of engineering talent.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on engineering team productivity and project status.
- Facilitate effective communication between the engineering team and senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
