Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head - Finance & Accounts to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in the fast-paced food processing industry. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day financial operations and contributing to strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and documentation.
Contribute to internal control procedures and improvements.
