Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - Hardware Engineering with a B.Sc degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and testing of new hardware components and systems, contributing to our cutting-edge electrical equipment products. You will work closely with senior engineers and product managers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the conceptualization and design of hardware systems and circuits.
* Participate in the prototyping and testing of electronic components and sub-assemblies.
* Conduct basic circuit analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve design issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product development, to integrate hardware and software solutions.
* Maintain design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
* Research and evaluate new hardware technologies and components for potential integration.
* Support the manufacturing team in hardware production and quality control processes.
* Adhere to industry standards and best practices in hardware engineering.
