Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - HR to join our team in Chandigarh. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources within the dynamic beverage industry. You will support the HR department in various administrative and operational functions, gaining hands-on experience in key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Provide support for payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for data management and reporting.
