Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Head - Tech Support to join our Vadodara team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of our technological infrastructure, supporting both internal operations and client-facing event technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the tech support department, ensuring timely resolution of all technical issues.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal staff and external clients regarding event technology, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Manage and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and audiovisual systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of technology for live events.
- Develop and update technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Train junior tech support staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements relevant to the events industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions.
