Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of employee travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, visa processing, and ground transportation.

Negotiate and manage contracts with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

Create and manage travel budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports. Utilize analytical skills from M.Pharma background for cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with all company travel policies and relevant regulations.
