We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is crucial in supporting our business units by aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and management, providing comprehensive HR support and driving initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with assigned business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective HR plans.

- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation & benefits.

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Drive HR initiatives such as employee engagement, policy implementation, and change management.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Support in developing and delivering HR training programs.
