Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team in Lucknow. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within the dynamic insurance sector. You will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Support in onboarding new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support for employee queries and grievances.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Contribute to HR reporting and analytics.
