Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Policy & Compliance professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and possess a strong understanding of HR regulations and policy development within the Indian context. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our HR practices align with legal requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Indian labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labor law compliances.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Advise management and employees on HR-related legal and compliance matters.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the HR team in various HR operational activities as needed.
