We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and a passion for translating complex technical requirements into seamless project implementations within the hardware and networking domain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful deployment of our solutions, managing client expectations, and driving project success from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, support) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.

Oversee the execution of hardware and networking implementations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, managing communication and resolving issues.

Utilize design thinking principles to understand client needs and translate them into effective implementation strategies.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
