Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Industrial Designer with a Diploma to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to gain experience in applying design principles to projects within the social and development sector. You will work closely with researchers and project teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative solutions that support our development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing design solutions for projects related to social development, research dissemination, and educational materials.
- Create sketches, 2D/3D models, and prototypes to visualize design ideas.
- Translate user needs and project requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Conduct basic user research and gather feedback to inform design iterations.
- Prepare design documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, content creators, and project managers.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies relevant to the development sector.
