Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Industrial Relations team as an Industrial Relations Executive. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Des graduate looking to gain practical experience in managing employee relations, compliance, and workforce engagement within a large manufacturing environment. You will support the Industrial Relations Manager in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures related to industrial relations.
Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application.
Help in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Participate in union-management meetings and assist in negotiations as required.
Contribute to the development and delivery of employee communication programs.
Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and events.
