Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Industrial Relations team. This role will focus on managing and enhancing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment within our BFSI operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of industrial psychology and labor economics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with the bank's policies and objectives.
- Advise management on labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
- Mediate and resolve employee grievances and disputes effectively and impartially.
- Conduct research and analysis on industrial relations trends and their impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and agreements.
- Design and deliver training programs on industrial relations for employees and managers.
- Monitor employee engagement levels and recommend initiatives to improve workplace morale.
- Represent the bank in conciliation meetings and other labor-related forums.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor legislation and their implications for the BFSI sector.
