You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficient stock flow, and supporting operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our internal systems.
- Monitor stock levels for IT equipment, office supplies, and other essential assets.
- Receive, unpack, and record new inventory items.
- Organize and manage warehouse/storage areas for efficient access and retrieval.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory.
- Assist in the procurement process by providing data on stock needs.
- Support the IT and HR departments with asset tagging and management.
- Generate basic inventory reports as required.
