Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets and corporate finance principles, with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. This role will involve supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and contributing to client advisory services within the advertising and marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Assist in deal execution, including transaction structuring and negotiation support.
Perform market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends within the advertising and marketing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
