Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept IT Consultant with a Master's degree (M.Tech) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to apply their knowledge in the dynamic Ports & Shipping industry. You will work on various IT projects, providing support and contributing to the enhancement of our technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within our logistics and port operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional IT specifications.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions tailored for the Ports & Shipping sector.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and their potential applications within our operational framework.
- Support the testing and deployment of new software and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Document project processes, technical configurations, and user guides.
- Learn and apply best practices in IT consulting, project management, and data analysis.
