Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Operations team as an IT Operations Management Trainee. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic clinical research industry. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily monitoring and management of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Help in maintaining IT documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and incident reports.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Learn and adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve technical challenges.
