Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure, supporting business operations, and implementing IT strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, network management, and business processes, coupled with a BBA/BBM degree.

Key Responsibilities:
