We are seeking a motivated IT Operations Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure, supporting our extensive retail operations across India. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM education and practical IT experience to manage and optimize our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Implement and manage IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Assist in the planning, procurement, and deployment of new IT hardware and software.
• Manage IT assets, including inventory, licensing, and maintenance schedules.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure alignment of IT operations with business objectives.
