We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various IT roles using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Understand technical requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
