We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization within the hospitality sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective IT recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and team dynamics.

Stay updated on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
