Join our team as IT Security Consultant (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT Security Consultant with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving the cybersecurity posture of our IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the development and implementation of security strategies within the Indian Railways ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of IT systems and applications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, and participate in incident response activities.
- Support the implementation of security controls and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into the system development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
- Contribute to security awareness training for employees.
- Prepare reports on security status, incidents, and recommendations for management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry-specific security standards.
