We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Security Consultant with 2-4 years of experience to join our esteemed IT department in Chennai. This role is crucial in safeguarding our extensive engineering and construction infrastructure against evolving cyber threats. Leveraging your LLM education, you will contribute to developing and implementing robust security strategies, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our critical systems and data. You will work closely with various IT teams and stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement effective security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for IT infrastructure and applications.

Assisting in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Monitoring security alerts and incident response activities, escalating issues as needed.

Performing security audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Supporting the deployment and management of security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
