We are seeking an Italian Teacher with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a passion for teaching the Italian language, particularly within the context of our global food business. This role involves developing and delivering engaging Italian language lessons to employees, focusing on vocabulary relevant to the food processing industry, business communication, and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive Italian language curriculum tailored to employees with varying levels of proficiency.

Create engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments to facilitate effective learning.

Focus on teaching Italian vocabulary and phrases specific to the food processing, culinary, and international business sectors.

Incorporate cultural insights of Italy, especially relating to food and business etiquette, into lessons.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning styles.

Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify specific language training needs.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
