Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our vibrant retail corporate team in Thane. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for our employees and visitors. Your design sensibilities from your B.Des background can be an asset in organizing and presenting the kitchen space effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, and cutlery according to established hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery, ensuring proper cleaning and functioning.
- Clean and organize kitchen work areas, including countertops, sinks, and floors.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or organizing ingredients.
- Ensure all waste disposal is carried out efficiently and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness in the pantry and break areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Apply principles of design and organization to optimize kitchen workflow and aesthetics.
