Join our team as KYC Analyst (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical KYC Analyst with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and mitigating risks by conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for our clients and partners within the electrical equipment sector. Your design thinking background will be invaluable in creating efficient and user-friendly KYC processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive KYC/CDD (Customer Due Diligence) on new and existing customers, partners, and vendors in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Analyze and verify customer identification documents, supporting evidence, and business information.

Utilize your M.Des expertise to design and optimize KYC workflows, forms, and user interfaces for clarity and efficiency.

Identify and escalate potential risks, suspicious activities, or red flags to senior management and relevant departments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and documentation within the company's systems.

Assist in the development and implementation of KYC policies, procedures, and training materials.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure effective KYC compliance.

Stay abreast of evolving regulatory changes and industry best practices in KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
