Join our team as Lab Technician (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Quality Control and Research & Development team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our leather products, adhering to industry standards and company protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, analytical techniques, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished leather goods using various analytical instruments.
- Accurately record and analyze test results, preparing detailed reports for review.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration, maintenance, and functionality.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage laboratory inventory of chemicals and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in leather testing and quality control techniques.
