Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Leadership Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience and a strong academic background, ideally with an LLM, to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pune. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for critical leadership positions within Uber India's dynamic urban transport operations. You will play a key part in shaping our leadership pipeline and ensuring we bring in the best minds to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand leadership role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and data analytics to identify passive and active candidates for senior-level positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against role prerequisites.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leadership candidates for current and future openings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Leverage your LLM knowledge to understand legal and compliance aspects related to recruitment and employment.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Uber India at relevant industry events.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Talent Acquisition leadership.
