Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Liaisoning professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The Legal Liaisoning officer will be instrumental in managing and facilitating legal processes, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with external legal counsel to support BYJU'S operations in the education sector. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all legal documentation and filings with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies across India.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external legal counsel, facilitating communication and information flow.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly within the Ed-Tech industry.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant legal matters impacting the company.
- Support the legal department in litigation management, dispute resolution, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal records and databases.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for legal processes and ensure alignment on legal matters.
