- Dispatch and coordinate IT personnel based on project requirements and availability.
- Track the status of dispatched resources and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and report any resource bottlenecks or potential issues that may impact service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, dispatch logs, and utilization reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to understand resource needs and priorities.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient resource management strategies.
