We are seeking a diligent and organized Load Dispatcher with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the dispatch of materials and products, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to various project sites and clients. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operational flow within our architecture and interior design support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of furniture fittings, hardware, and related materials to project sites across India.
• Liaise with logistics partners, warehouse staff, and site supervisors to ensure efficient loading and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, including delivery challans, proof of delivery, and inventory levels.
• Monitor delivery status and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during the dispatch process.
• Generate reports on dispatch operations and provide insights for process improvement.
• Utilize dispatch management software and other relevant tools to optimize operations.
