Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Location Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to oversee and manage operations at our Nasik facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the site, coordinating logistics, managing resources, and contributing to the overall success of our railway projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations at the Nasik location, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from the site.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of site activities and resources.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support the senior management team with reports and data analysis related to site performance.
