- Assist senior engineers in routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and plant utilities.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on machinery as per established protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Support in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Learn and apply principles of mechanical, electrical, and process engineering in a practical environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.
