Join our team as Manager Information Security (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager Information Security to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is crucial in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and a B.Sc degree, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Manage and monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies.
