Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Automation Specialist with a unique background in Law (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and understanding of legal frameworks to enhance our marketing automation strategies, ensuring compliance and optimizing campaign performance. You will be instrumental in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing data, and contributing to the growth of Paisabazaar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Segment customer databases for targeted campaigns, ensuring data privacy and compliance with Indian regulations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure campaign alignment and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Draft and review marketing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal and brand standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation workflows and integrations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and relevant legal and regulatory changes in the Indian financial sector.
