Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate massage treatments.
Perform various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage) with precision and care.
Maintain a clean and safe therapeutic environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
Manage appointments and client records efficiently.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to promote employee well-being programs.
Utilize knowledge gained from MBA/PGDM in client relationship management and service optimization.
