Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering and will be responsible for supporting various engineering functions within our clinical research operations. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical principles and their application in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment used in clinical research settings.
* Conduct performance testing and analysis of mechanical components and systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to research activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists and project managers, to understand and meet engineering requirements.
* Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes, designs, and test results.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
* Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and technologies.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
