We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at TC Packaging Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our packaging products meet quality standards and are presented effectively to clients, bridging the gap between production and sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the packaging industry and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and production teams to understand product specifications and client requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials for production.
Ensure packaging designs and prototypes align with client expectations and market trends.
Coordinate with quality control to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards before dispatch.
Prepare and present product samples and mock-ups to clients and sales representatives.
Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new product development.
Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, including stock levels, sales, and client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new materials in the packaging sector.
