Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Mine Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to oversee and manage mining operations related to mineral extraction for railway infrastructure projects in Delhi. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, with a unique perspective brought by a pharmaceutical education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily mining activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce stringent safety measures and protocols within the mining site, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize operational efficiency.
