Join our team as MIS Manager (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information System (MIS) to support business operations and decision-making processes within our media and entertainment organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, reporting, and system analysis, with a B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all MIS platforms.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their MIS requirements and provide technical support.
- Assist in the design and enhancement of existing MIS systems and databases.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MIS system.
