Join our team as MIS Manager (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated MIS Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our Oil & Gas operations in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure efficient data flow and reporting. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of database management, reporting tools, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS policies and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the MIS.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review, including operational, financial, and performance metrics.
- Manage and support the MIS database, ensuring its optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely MIS solutions.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of MIS-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest MIS technologies and best practices relevant to the Oil & Gas industry.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS functionalities.
