Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Molecular Biologist with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role focuses on applying design thinking principles to biological processes and data visualization within our import and export operations. You will contribute to the efficiency and innovation of our supply chain for medical and scientific products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and implementation of protocols for molecular analysis relevant to quality control of imported/exported biological materials.
* Translate complex molecular biology data into understandable visual formats for stakeholders and regulatory submissions.
* Collaborate with the research and development team to conceptualize innovative solutions for supply chain challenges using design principles.
* Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on advancements in molecular biology and their application in industrial settings.
* Maintain accurate records of experiments, data, and project progress.
* Support the procurement and logistics teams by providing technical insights for the import and export of specialized biological reagents and equipment.
* Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project status and future strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines.
