We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Manager / Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and management. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of our company's network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability to support our extensive textile and apparel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including intrusion detection/prevention systems and access controls.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to network resources.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on network-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices to enhance network infrastructure and security.
