Join our team as Network Security Engineer (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Network Security Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our IT Infrastructure team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our extensive network infrastructure, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems and data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and a proactive approach to threat mitigation. While technical expertise is valued, we are also looking for candidates with a solid business acumen and analytical skills developed through their BBA/BBM education, enabling them to understand the business impact of security decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.
- Configure and maintain security devices and network infrastructure.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and implement remediation plans.
- Develop and update security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security best practices are followed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security awareness training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning from a network security perspective.
