We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Service Technician with a B.Sc. degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to kickstart their career in network infrastructure within the clinical research sector. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency for our research facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal system uptime.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users for network-related problems.
Perform routine network checks and diagnostic tests.
Document network configurations, procedures, and support activities.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on network projects and upgrades.
Ensure adherence to data security and privacy policies relevant to clinical research.
