You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and onboarding non-technical talent to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates for non-IT roles (e.g., production, operations, administration, sales support) using various channels like job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback.
- Assist in the offer negotiation and onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment progress.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
