Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oil Field Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Pune. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and managing operations related to oil field activities within our auto components manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to industrial operations and a keen eye for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of oil field facilities, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, with a specific focus on legal compliance.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to oil field operations, ensuring adherence to all statutory obligations.
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws.
