We are seeking a motivated and analytical Oil Field Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for supporting our investment strategies within the energy sector, requiring a blend of technical understanding and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence on oil and gas assets and projects for potential investments.
Analyze market trends, production data, and operational efficiencies within the oil and gas industry.
Develop financial models and valuation reports for energy sector transactions.
Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution of investments.
Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies in the energy sector.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify new investment opportunities.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
