Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will support the optimization of our manufacturing and supply chain processes within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a strong analytical ability and a Bachelor of Arts degree, providing a unique perspective on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and project updates for management.
Support the continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Contribute to process mapping and documentation.
