Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Operations - Other. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to the efficient functioning of our pulp and paper manufacturing plant. You will gain hands-on experience in various operational aspects, supporting senior team members in ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and controlling production processes to meet output targets and quality specifications.
- Support the implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the operations department.
- Participate in troubleshooting minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Conduct basic data collection and analysis related to production efficiency, material usage, and waste generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Learn and apply best practices in industrial safety and environmental compliance within the plant.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the operations management.
